Campbell Soup Corporation has recently introduced its new line of energy drinks to the market. This new product is a combination of its V8 V-Fusion and energy drink, and is aptly named V8 Energy Shots.
These energy shots are the company’s answer to providing healthier energy drinks to the market. With a combination of different kinds of fruit juices, these energy shots offer a healthier alternative to conventional energy drinks.
V8 V-Fusion Energy Shot is available in two varieties: peach/mango and pomegranate/blueberry flavors. These vegetable/fruit juices are blended together with organic green tea. Every serving of this product (8 ounces) contains 50 calories, 80 milligrams of caffeine, does not contain any additional sugar and is a very good source of vitamin B complex. These energy shots also contain vitamins C, A and E, which also help in the body’s metabolism.
V8 Energy Shots are made from all natural fruit and vegetable juices, as well as natural extracts of green tea, which provides that boost in energy, as it gives as much natural caffeine as a conventional 8-ounce cup of premium coffee.
According to V8 Beverages, Vice President, Dale Clemiss, the company is branching out into the area of energy drinks by making products that have the added benefits of V8 juices. V8 juices have always been known for being nutritious beverages and so, with adding green tea extract to these nutritious health drinks, the company now offers the public with a beverage that not only is nutritious, but is energy boosting, as well.
V8 Energy Shots are available in 8-ounce and 2.5-ounce packaging and are available in the states of Florida, Colorado and Minnesota. A 2.5-ounce shot is sold at $2.99 while a two-pack is sold at $4.99.
