There was a change in the name of the company in order to represent the company’s growing line of brands for retail. The new company name also represents a company that is committed to providing consumers with nutritious, high-quality food products.
Since McKee Baking Company (now known as McKee Foods Corporation) purchased Blue Planet Foods over thirty years ago, this small company has grown into one of the major producers and suppliers in the food industry. Blue Planet Foods Inc. still continues to manufacture excellent quality granola-based food products.
Part of Blue Planet Foods’ facilities is a full-service Research & Development department. This department is responsible for creating and customizing formulas that meet consumers’ exact specifications. As the people who are working for the company’s R & D department all have more than 30 years of experience, this will assure consumers that the people working on creating new products are expert in the area of food and nutrition.
