Chicken Curry PasteMix 1 pack Tean's Gourmet chicken curry paste with 1.5 kg chicken and 2 medium potatoes to fry over high heat for 5 minutes. Add 250ml to 500ml water to simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is tender. stir occasionally. Add 200ml coconut milk, stir well and bring to quick boil. serve.
