Professional French Macaron Baking Mix with Meringue-based Swiss Buttercream Filling Mix. Makes 400 Macaron Cookies. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Non GMO.It can't get any simpler. Instructions: measure the amount you need, add flavoring/coloring, add warm (122 'F) water, mix, pipe and bake in a 280'F convection oven for 20 mins. To make the buttercream: add *hot* water to the buttercream mix, whip until meringue base is stiff, whip in unsalted room temperature butter. Use dairy free butter to make dairy free buttercream. Fill cookies and refrigerate covered overnight for best results. Serve at room temperature. Yep, this is all there is to it. Filled cookies can be kept frozen for several weeks.
