Simple but amazing recipe of hot green pepper and tomato salad. You can make it is less than three minutes and eat it at lunch or dinner with a fresh piece of toasted bread. It is spicy and garlicky and delicious.
You will need:
- 2 fresh red vine tomatoes
- One Long hot green pepper
- Once big clove of garlic
- Salt
- Olive Oil
Preparation:
Cut the tomatoes into small cube and place in a bowel with all the juice. Slice the pepper from the tip down to the stem. You don’t have to use the entire amount of pepper if you can’t stomach too much spice. Chop down the garlic. Add the garlic and slices of green pepper to the bowel, sprinkle plenty of salt and olive oil; mix and serve with toasted bread. It’s kinda like Bruschetta but much more authentic and simple.
