• Simple to Use, Complex in Flavor: Just add booze. Stir 1 part Bittermilk to 4 parts Mezcal (or other aged spirit) with lots of ice, and garnish with a lime twist.
• Pairs Well With Mezcal: Inspired to mix with Mescal, but works well with aged spirits like whiskey or aged rum.
• Balanced and All Natural: Cocoa fines, raisins and Mexican chiles add bittersweet complexity, while mimicking the familiar flavors of molé.
• Each Bottle Makes About 17 Cocktails: Use about 1/2 oz to every 2oz of spirit.
