Many Grocery products are not returnable due to health concerns. However, if for some reason we made a mistake with your order, or if the product was damaged in transit, or if the product was not what you expected based on the product description, please use the contact form and tell us what went wrong. Please make sure to add your name and order number so that we can identify you and provide you with the best service. You have 30 days from the order date to report any issues. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Should your order be eligible for return, we will ask you to send it back to the warehouse address from which it was shipped. Please wait for a return authorization and instructions from our customer support specialist. Do not attempt to ship the products back without authorization.
Upon receipt, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
