Return Policy
Due to health and safety regulations, grocery items are generally non-returnable. However, if we made an error with your order, if the product is defective or damaged during transit, or if the item does not match its description, please contact us using the contact form or by replying to your order confirmation email. If the issue arose from our handling of your order, we will gladly accept the return and provide you with the option to receive a replacement product or a full refund—whichever you prefer.
When contacting us, please make sure to include your name and order number so that we can identify your order and provide you with the best service possible.
You have 30 days from the order date to report any issues.
Remember, our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied!
Refund Policy
Should your order be eligible for return, we will ask you to send it back to the warehouse address from which it was shipped. Please wait for a return authorization and instructions from our customer support specialist. Do not attempt to ship the products back without authorization.
Upon receipt, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
