• A.C. Legg BBQ Marinade mix for up to 25lbs of chicken breasts, beef or pork OR up to 50lbs of chicken wings
• A medium heat blend with old time flavor, add the classic barbecue flavor in a wet marinade prior to grilling or smoking.
• Great for beef, pork, chicken, seafood or your favorite game meat.
• Marinade for 30 minutes or 24 depending on the intensity of flavor you want.
• To reduce to 5lbs of muscle meat as a soak marinade, use 3 cups water to 2 ounces of seasoning mix. To reduce to 1lb of muscle meat, use 2/3 cup water to .50 ounces of seasoning mix.
