• Brewing/ Steeping: Hot: Use 2.5 g of Yarm Chao English Breakfast tea, add 200-230 ml of water, with a temperature of 100 degree Celsius. Leave it for 4 minutes. This is adjustable according to your preference. Iced tea: Use 12 g of English Breakfast tea, add 1,000 ml of water with a temperature of 100 degree Celsius. Leave it for 5 minutes.
