• -Aiyu jelly (愛玉冰) is favorite Taiwanese summertime dessert,a unique topping for Bubble Tea, Frozen Yogurt and Snow Ice. The jelly is made from the seeds of the creeping fig plant. Aiyu is one of my favorite type of jellies; especially the lemon kind. The honey lemon water with ice and the aiyu is perfect. Apparently it is very easy to make, and it requires no cooking at all!
• -1cup + 12 cup of water -The seeds are first placed in a cotton cloth bag, then submerged in cold water and rubbed.Place in a refrigerator until gel has settled.
• -Pairs well with lemon and honey.
