• This product is low in fat and gluten free
• Use 1 part Glace de Volaille Gold to 20 parts hot water to make a classic roasted turkey stock
• One 1.5oz container makes approximately 4 cups of classic roasted turkey stock. Just add the entire container to up to 30oz / about 3 ¾ cups of hot water, lightly simmer, and whisk until dissolved
• Lasts up to 6 months in the fridge once opened just store in an air tight container
