• Ideal for use in fondue; chocolate, yogurt, and candy molds; baking; in a chocolate melter, boiler, and other types of melting pots
• White in color to easily blend in to dark, milk, white, and colored chocolates and yogurts
• Add small amounts of paramount crystals into your melting chocolate at a time and stir in between until reaching your desired consistency
