  • Create broth for soups, stews, chowders & casseroles, Perfect for pan sauces and flavoring cold vegetable sauces. Add to cooking water when preparing rice, grains, beans & vegetables. Enhance homemade broths.
  • As a Seasoning: Use the dry base to season dressings, dips, spreads, vegetables, rice, ricotta cheese, mashed potatoes and flavored butter or oil. Sprinkle dry base wherever seasoning is desired or use instead of salt. Mixed into Sour Cream, Mayo or Yogurt to create dips, spreads & dressings.
  • Authentic cooked Mushroom flavor. Make as much or as little as needed. Resealable jar. Use prepared stock to flavor home-style soups or to enhance pasta, rice dishes, risottos and casseroles.
  • Ingredients: Salt, sugar, maltodextrin, yeast extract, hydrolyzed corn protein, natural flavor, mushroom extract, onion powder, food starch – modified, dehydrated mushrooms, soybean oil, dehydrated celery, spices, garlic powder, disodium inosinate, and disodium guanylate. Allergens None
  • Directions: To prepare Mushroom stock, add base to cold or lukewarm water and stir immediately with a wire whip to dissolve. Bring to a boil. Use this base sparingly to add the distinctive flavor and aroma of mushrooms. Season foods by dissolving base in water or other liquids. This base will enhance stocks, soups, sauces, gravies, and stews. Use to season dressings, dips, spreads, vegetables, and rice. Can also be used as a “mushroom dust”, and lightly sprinkled as a dry product directly over dishes.
