Still Spirits Artisan Distilling Alchemist Series Pot Still Alembic Dome Top

The Pot Still Alembic Dome Top is copper and fits on the Still Spirits Turbo 500 Boiler. This is used in place of the Turbo 500 Boiler's stainless steel lid. The large copper surface area of this dome top acts as a catalyst with the vapor in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavors and aromas as well as remove unwanted sulfur compounds. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit.
