After 150+ years of being butchers (+1 rabbi butcher), what do we say? ‘Eat great meat!’ From my great-great grandfather in Speyer, Germany to my family in NYC since 1911, we’ve provided the best quality meats. Now, my sons and I are offering the UWS our superior brand of selection and service.
From then to now, we’ve also offered sage advice on prepping, cooking. carving, serving, and enjoying meats. My boys and I will show you, teach you, or do it for you! Fire and meat have been a good thing for even longer than us – so we’re happy to share a thing or two we’ve learned.
