Healthy Heart MarketHealthy Heart Market, a Minnesota-based food company, has launched a new healthy food product in the first quarter of this year. This new product, No-Salt Dill Pickles, was introduced to the market last April.

This low-sodium pickle product is free from artificial preservatives, flavorings and colorings. The pickles come from Kruegermann Pickles and Sauerkraut and were developed by another food processing company, Delicious Concepts, LLC.

Healthy Heart Market has always made it a point to provide products that are good for the body and good for the heart. Despite the absence of artificial flavorings, this new product is still very tasty, as it has been mixed with a spice recipe that is homemade. The spicy mix consists of clove, ginger, caraway, mustard, nutmeg, dill weed, pimento, caraway, garlic, capsicum and turmeric. With all these spices present in the mix, the absence of salt can hardly be noticed. Aside from having less salt, these dill pickles also do not contain potassium derivatives, chemicals that are commonly used in making pickles. Each product has also been freshly hand-packed by farmers.

These dill pickles have a shelf life of two years when stored in ideal locations. Packed in 32-ounce jars, these healthy food products can only be purchased at the Healthy Heart
Market website.

After the launching of this product, Healthy Heart Market also plans to create and introduce the no-salt dill cornichons (also known as mini dill pickles), as well as a no-salt sweetened Bread and Butter dill pickles. Each jar of this low-salt nutrition food costs $7.
