I passed by Brighton Store and I found a nice lady that informed me about the opportunities that King Suppers offer.
I would like to work in King Suppers for the challenges it implicates.
I’d like to make a product request. I’d like your stores to carry the Yoplait whips – especially the chocolate mousse flavor, and especially in the 80249 store.
My daughter moved to Castle Rock, CO and I would like to get her some King Sooper gift cards to use. I don’t seem to find them on line. Would a Kroger gift card work as well?
I just read comments from http://www.yelp and apparently most of your pharmacies have serious problems in customer service. I sent you comments about my experience in poor customer service and see it is removed and no followup from your company. Is anyone minding the store?
Store #25 – The past 6-7 months your pharmacy employees have done a terrible job in customer service. I have waited 15 to 20 minutes for service. I receive calls my prescription is ready and then observe at least 2 to 3 employees visit with each other or get on the computer and ignore customers. They made a mistake by entering one of my prescriptions in my profile. I waited for them to fill my prescription even though I received your automated message it was ready for pick up. Pharmacies CANNOt make mistakes. Kim was eating a breakfast bar and working on her computer as customers waited. Walgreens is across the street I hope I don’t have to shop somewhere else.
Why do I have such a hard time finding the link to register my sale online so I can get fuel points. Please help me to find where I am supposed to be to make that happen.
For the last 3 weeks the King Sooper customer web site has been down, I have not been able to log on to load my special customer capons, or even to check the items I have loaded to my account. You have great coupons but they are worthless when you can’t load them to your account. I called customer service on the 21st and was told the site would be up by sat am. I don’t think anyone gives a damn, I can’t get an answer from anyone. I am very upset that it would take this long to get your site back up. I hope you are not using the same web site people that is doing the Obama health care web site. If you find someone that knows what is going on, have them e-mail me and tell me what is going on. I have been a King Sooper customer for over 50 years, but that could change !!!
Sincerely
James R Laak
